Who processes the data
The website owner and data controller is Sole Proprietor O.V. Nechyporenko (trading as “FinBlog Advisory”). For questions about data processing, email info@finblog.com.ua.
What we collect
- Contact-form data. Your name, email or phone, and message — only what you enter yourself, so we can reply to your enquiry.
- Anonymous view statistics. We count page views without identifying you, to understand which materials are useful.
We do not collect data about you from other sources and do not build advertising profiles.
Where data goes
The website is static and self-contained. The only external service is Google Apps Script by Google, through which:
- contact-form messages are delivered to our email and to a Google Sheets spreadsheet;
- the anonymous view counter records statistics to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Data is processed by Google as an infrastructure provider under its terms. Website hosting is provided by our hosting provider.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies or third-party trackers. The interface uses only temporary browser session storage (sessionStorage), which is cleared when you close the tab and is never transmitted anywhere.
Retention
We keep contact-form enquiries for as long as needed for communication and to fulfil agreements. Anonymous statistics are stored without any link to an individual.
Your rights
You have the right to learn what data of yours we hold, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent. To do so, email info@finblog.com.ua.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending an enquiry. Submitting the form is not mandatory — you may email us directly instead.
